What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is typically 300 pieces per style (available in 2-3 colors). However, for products with highly complex designs or those using advanced or special materials, we can negotiate a lower MOQ for the trial production phase. Please contact our sales team to discuss your project requirements in detail.
What is your standard delivery cycle?
The development phase (prototyping) typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on material availability. Once the pre-production sample (PPS) is approved, the lead time for mass production is typically 45-60 days. Lead times for repeat orders are usually shorter, at 30-45 days.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Of course. Intellectual property protection is crucial to our partnership. We are fully willing to sign your standard confidentiality agreement or provide our own before reviewing any technical documentation packages, sketches, or brand concepts.
Can you find specific sustainable materials?
Yes. Our sourcing department has partnered with LWG-certified tanneries and suppliers of innovative vegan leather, recycled nylon, and organic cotton linings. We can ensure that all materials meet your brand's environmental and compliance standards.
Can you assist with custom hardware development?
Yes, we offer a full range of custom hardware development services, including zippers with your logo, custom buckles, and unique metal embellishments. Mold fees apply, and development typically adds 3-4 weeks to the prototyping stage.
What quality control standards do you follow?
We strictly adhere to AQL 2.5/4.0 standards. Our professional quality control team conducts online inspections during the production process and performs comprehensive final random sampling inspections before shipment. We also welcome third-party inspection agencies to conduct inspections.
What are the payment terms for bulk orders?
Our standard payment terms are: a 30% deposit upon order confirmation, and the remaining 70% before shipment (via wire transfer). For reputable long-term partners, we can explore other financing options, such as a letter of credit at sight.
